Works / Project
AfroCoast
Music, culture, and a physical place to come together.
AfroCoast is an event concept from Afrotape Entertainment. It combines music, culture, destination experience, and event production. My role is as CEO of the company behind it.
The first edition
The first edition took place on 22 August 2026 at Wild Waters, Mombasa.
That date and place are part of the project record. A fuller account of the programme, production, and experience of making it will follow when the firsthand material is ready.
Beach Edition: planned
The second edition, AfroCoast Beach Edition, is planned for 19 December 2026 at The New Big Tree, Bamburi Beach, Mombasa.
The official website is the place to check current event information.
Where this connects
AfroCoast sits between the cultural work documented under Afrotape Entertainment and the places and physical experiences that Fieldwork will eventually record. Fieldwork is the place for firsthand notes and photographs; this page keeps the project’s dates, venues, and status together.
